What are 3 Important Questions to ask as a Leader?
- The first question is am I investing in myself? which is a personal growth question. If I fail to invest in myself I fail to invest in others.
- Am I genuinely interested in others?which is a motive question. If I lack that genuine interest in others it can lead to manipulation instead of motivation. Let me expand: Manipulation is where you are moving people for personal benefit whereas Motivation is where you move people for mutual benefit or interest so there is a benefit for both.
- Am I doing what I love and love what I do. If we don’t do what we love we lack passion and can affect our drive and can be a hard situation because we begrudge rather than enjoy what we do.
I believe we are all Leaders in our lives and these questions can apply to us all at different times in our lives.
