How important is Laughter?

Laughter is so good for your soul!

I go to a Dance Fit class every week and part of the reason I go is not to just learn the steps which are quite challenging to coordinate arms and legs but because I laugh at myself, we laugh together and its an hour of fun, I don’t take it too seriously, I love dancing!

Laughing raises our serotonin levels which are the happy hormones and is so therapeutic for your body and mind. I laughed hysterically with my sisters recently. I remember so many times when I laughed heartily and when I laughed with someone till we cried! I Laugh with my partner, he makes me laugh.

Laughing raises your vibration, your mood, it’s such a simple thing to do but its helps with so many parts of our lives just to change the mood and how you’re feeling. Even if it means to watch a short comedy to make you laugh, do that and see how it makes you feel. Do make sure to laugh, life is too short not to!
