‘SEEKING TO UNDERSTAND BEFORE BEING UNDERSTOOD.’
I often say to individuals ‘Just to seek to understand you did you mean ‘this’ or ‘that’? So I will literally use that statement so:
✅I have understood that person accurately and appropriately and it can take all the guessing and assumptions out of the conversation,
✅ to create clean clear concise communication between individuals and groups.
✅ It is an excellent listening tool/skill.
