Take that one small step!!!

If you take that first small step to creating change this can build up over time so lots of small steps can lead to big results for YOU!

One example is I go to the gym and wanted to increase my cardio so:

 ✅ I started on the stationery bike for 5 minutes,

✅ the 2nd day I went on the cross trainer for 10 minutes and the bike for 5 minutes and 

✅ the 3rd day went on the cross trainer for 15 minutes and bike for 5 minutes so within 3 sessions I had increased my cardio from 5 minutes to 20 minutes! 

✅ I did interval training then on the 3rd day which is great to get my heart rate up and build resilience in the body.

I feel so much better having started this process one step at a time and having achieved a good result that I can build on!
