At this time of year when the clocks have changed and the light is more limited the winter months are creeping in and the dullness can affect our mood. There are a lot of people who suffer from SAD Seasonal Adjustment Disorder. Here are some simple tips to lift your mood.
✅ Connect with nature – I went for a walk to get some exercise into my day.
✅ Connect with light, make sure to try and get some light outside for 10 minutes during these winter months.
✅ Practise gratitude and list what you are thankful for in your life.
✅ Connect with family, friends, close friends can help to change your mood in general. Have a cuppa with someone special.
