When you feel overwhelmed the first thing to do is breathe!! Take a deep breath and let it out. Then look at what you need to do right now, prioritise and chunk it down or break it down do not try and ‘eat the elephant’. Break it into bite size pieces and take one step at a time and do what you can do to move yourself forward. Writing an action list is also very helpful and referring back to it as you go through your list. Just remember that overwhelming feeling will pass, life changes and count your WINS when you get stuff done on the list.
