The Value of Time! Free time is not free it comes at a cost, so we should use our time wisely. I like to use every minute of my day to do something productive even if that involves meditation or rest or taking time out. Work smarter not harder! I tend to grind it out which doesn’t serve me well so watch what you are doing with your time make sure that you take breaks but make sure they are valuable and timed breaks and don’t waste too much time in front of the TV obviously that time is good for recreation, but once we use time it’s gone we can’t get it back so use your time wisely in your day.
