What’s Important and What’s Urgent!

We have many things that are urgent in our lives for example if we get up late for work we need to get there which is urgent! But what’s more important is perhaps a morning routine which is what I do and I meditate and visualise and it sets my day up for success. It helps my own goals for the future. We can strategise in work and in life when we set goals that is strategising aswell. It’s important for example to have ‘me time’ to get to the gym or get exercise to take you out of the busy day you have had. So separate what’s important from what’s urgent because we can spend our lives doing what’s urgent and not focus on what’s important and sabotages our future in ways, so what we do now and do consistently will help us in the future to create a better and happier life.
