What are you tapping into to feed your mind, for example are you watching lots of horror movies or Netflix programmes rather than listening and feeding your brain with something more kind and loving? I tap into personal development a lot which takes away the other noise that is going on in the world sometimes and feeds my mind with much more positivity.
What are you feeding your body what are you eating? Are you eating too much junk food or you eating healthily? Eating unhealthily does create toxins that affect our mindset. Are you meditating, visualising thinking positive thoughts?
