The definition of Insanity is to do the same thing over and over again and expect a different result. If you are doing just that and wishing that something different would happen, then reflect and take a look at your actions, your behaviour, your mindset. Nothing changes if nothing changes, it’s up to YOU to take action and change that behaviour, for example if you want to give up smoking or drinking, it may not be easy but it can be done by taking responsibility for your behaviour and making changes. It’s not easy but we can change anything in our lives if we really want to.
