Being connected!

How connected do you feel to life to people to what’s going on around you or do you feel disconnected? We can be disconnected for so many reasons, due to trauma, challenges, addictions, and to get back in touch and connect is so important, it nourishes the soul.  I connected with great people over the weekend which nourished my soul! So make sure to get connected with someone, something that you are close to like an animal and even nature. Take time out from technology because that can cause us to be disconnected and be present and enjoy the experience of getting to know someone, listening to their own experiences and sharing.
