Being Tired and what to do to overcome it.

If you feel tired take a break, do some simple activities that will help you overcome that tiredness, I did yoga, meditation, visualisation and deep breathing this morning which helped me feel calm and less tired. Take that 5 minute break, or take time out and go to a peaceful place and breathe, relax, unwind, sleep more if you need to. Acknowledge the tiredness when it hits you and do take action to rest, relax, recuperate, it’s very important we do this for our minds, bodies and souls.
