We can make meditation more complicated and difficult than it needs to be so I challenge you to meditate for 5 minutes each day for 30 days! Today is the 1st of June and there are 30 days in June so give it a go! Here is a tip, on waking lie there and practice gratitude and list 5 things you are grateful for, or visualise what you want to create in your future or practice guided meditation. All these are forms of meditation and can help to stop the monkey chatter when we wake and help calm our system and that fight or flight. It really helps us to be in a better mood and be positive and lighter in our day and help our system and reduce our stress levels.
