Course Correct

It is a great tool to use to change course, to change direction to alter your situation, try a different path or angle or make a different choice if the plan is not working rather than quitting or stopping. It is great when you are feeling disillusioned, disgruntled or the situation is pressurising. For example if someone is trying to lose weight and the plan isn’t working making small changes can help to motivate someone rather than quitting and saying it isn’t working at all.
