Working through Self Limiting Beliefs.

Self limiting beliefs hold us back so identifying what is or are our self limiting beliefs and taking the time to pause acknowledge the feelings around it and let any sadness, frustration, anger or heartache out, let those feelings rip but don’t hang out there for the rest of your life. Focus on where you are headed not on resenting the past. Once you have discovered what is holding you back and given yourself a chance to releasing it begin feeling it into a new story by visualising what you really want, for example that job, that position, that dream of climbing Kilimanjaro which will help manifest your future self in a positive bright and brilliant way!
