Practising an activity or something in your life is key to success. Doing something consistently is the way to improve your habits as the more you practice or keep doing something, the more it becomes a part of your life and becomes engrained or embedded into your day as part of your routine. Athletes are very consistent in order to achieve results in their lives, you can be too in order to achieve great results in your life. Practising gratitude, visualisation, meditation are three examples of activities I do daily and didn’t do years ago so by practising them over and over again I have improved these activities and they are such a positive part of my day now.
