The Healing Process

If you have recently lost someone, or have had an operation or Covid and have been ill and may be recovering, meditating positively on the body healing or having happy memories with your loved one you have lost or visualising you in less pain and focusing on positive vibes and energy to your body or mind can help with healing. Also count any small wins! If you need to forgive you and others do that. Let out that emotion you are feeling, like crying, screaming, shouting, laughing which helps with the healing process.
