What ‘ONE THING’ would you like to change in your life?

Would you like to give up smoking, drinking, become fit, take up sea swimming, dancing, jogging, change your job,so write down what you want to change, then write a plan to achieving it and a timeframe in which you want to achieve it. Write your goal in stone and your time in sand meaning the goal should not change but the time can depending on mitigating circumstances, however don’t let yourself off the hook by pushing out the time and avoiding achieving what you want to change and equally don’t be hard on yourself if you don’t achieve it in that timeframe, be forgiving!
