I am a HR Consultant and an accredited Career and Executive Coach and have spent most of my career working with individuals and organisations helping them recognise and reach their full potential. 

I previously worked within the private sector after graduating from UCC as an Occupational Psychologist and specialised in Human Resources and Organisational Development. I have over 30 years experience in the Pharma and health care sector and offer support in all areas of HR including HR Management; Recruitment & Selection; Policies and Procedures and Employee Handbooks; Employment Law and contracts; Learning and Talent Development; Induction programmes; Employee Relations and engagement, organisational culture and structure, Change Management.
